- 2 1⁄2 ounces cold butter, cut in pieces
- 1⁄2 fresh nutmeg, grated
- cold water
- 6 cups Baby Spinach
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2⁄3 cup heavy cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 1⁄2 ounces feta cheese
