Feta and Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Ingredients
- 8 ounces feta
- 2 red bell peppers, roasted and quartered (or store bought)
- hot pepper sauce (optional)
Directions
- In a food processor, process feta, peppers and hot pepper sauce until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate up to 3 days.
