  • 8  ounces feta
  • 2  red bell peppers, roasted and quartered (or store bought)
  •  hot pepper sauce (optional)

  1. In a food processor, process feta, peppers and hot pepper sauce until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate up to 3 days.
