Festive Mexican Slaw

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup canola oil
- 1⁄3 cup white vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 2 cups finely shredded red cabbage
- 1⁄3 cup diced red pepper
- cracked black pepper
Directions
- In large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar and salt until well blended.
- Add cabbage and bell pepper and toss until well coated. Season with pepper to taste.
- Variation: add the juice of one lime.
