Fennel Salad

Ingredients
- 2 fennel
- 1 red onion
- 4 celery ribs
- 1 green apple
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Slice the fennel very thinly using only some of the greenery.
- Slice thinly the celery, apple and onion. Add it to the fennel.
- Add the rest of ingredients and refrigerate for minute 30 minutes.
