Feathery Flapjacks (Pancakes)

Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (1/4ounce) package dry yeast
- 1⁄4 cup cooking oil
Directions
- Beat eggs; set aside.
- Mix baking soda into buttermilk.
- Beat to a froth.
- Mix in remaining dry ingredients and cooking oil. Mix in well beaten eggs.(if batter is too thick,add cream or milk) Stir before using. Fry pancakes on a greased,hot griddle.
