Favourite Filling Salad

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 6  cups  mixed greens
  • 2  cups  mixed sprouts (such as sunflower)
  • 2  cups fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 12 cups fresh parsley, chopped
  • 34 cup mint, chopped
  • 34 cup basil leaves, chopped or torn
  • 2  medium lemons, o cut in half, crosswise
  • 3  limes, cut in half, crosswise
  • 13 cup  macadamia nut oil (or walnut oil)
  • 1  teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1  ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, chopped
  • 23 cup  dehydrated  almonds (or other dehydrated nuts)
  • 12 cup dried currant
  • 12 cup  hemp seeds
  • 12 cup  dulse seaweed, picked over to remove any shells, torn into pieces

Directions

  1. Seperate all of the ingredients by half, into two bowls, squeeze the cirtus juice from the lemons and limes over the greens, drizzle with oil, sprinkle with sea salt and toss to combine! Easy as pie! Or -- salad!
