Favorite Grilled Chicken Marinade

This is so easy and a long time favorite. I often freeze the chicken in the marinade in a ziplock bag to cook later with excellent results. Mixture can be doubled easily.

• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
• 1⁄2 cup  melted margarine
• 1  envelope  dried  Italian salad dressing mix
• 4 -6  boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved

Directions

1. Blend lemon juice, margarine and dressing mix.
2. Marinate chicken in mixture 4-24 hours and grill, basting with any remaining marinade.
