Favorite Farm Muffins

Great muffin recipe that makes a large batch and keeps for several weeks in the refrigerator. Tastes great too. Show more

  1. In a VERY LARGE bowl mix raisins and baking soda. Add boiling water and mix. Cool slightly and add remaining ingredients. Mix. Fill greased or paper lined muffin tins 1/2 to 3/4 full.
  2. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Makes 50+ muffins.
  3. NOTE: Batter may be kept covered in refrigerator for several weeks. (Mine doesn't last several weeks).
