"faux" Sourdough

While this doesn't have the authentic sourdough flavor, it still makes a tasty loaf!

• Yields: 1 loaf

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons  yeast
• 2  cups bread flour
• 1  tablespoon sugar
• 1⁄8 teaspoon baking soda
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1  tablespoon vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup milk

Directions

1. All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting.
2. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed.
3. Select "White Bread".
4. Press "Start".
