Fat Cat Spicy Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups catsup
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons Bourbon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a heavy bottomed pot.
- Bring to a low boil (on medium low) and then let the sauce cook for about 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and serve or chill.
- This sauce keeps about a year refrigerated.
