Ingredients
- 2 (19 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can kernel corn, drained
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 12 small tortillas
Directions
- Mix beans, corn, and mayo. Wrap in tortillas and serve immediately. Note: If tortillas are not on hand, a bag of chips will do -- just dip with the chips for a very informal meal!
