Fast and Healthy - Orange Corn Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 1⁄2 cup egg substitute
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a small bowl, combine the milk, egg, orange juice and oil.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until combined (batter will be thin).
- Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking pan.
- Bake at 400F for 18-22 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
