Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 28 ounces tomatoes
- 20 ounces red chili sauce, Las Palmas
- 15 ounces kidney beans
- salt and pepper
Directions
- In skillet large enough to hold all ingredients brown ground beef, drain off fat if necessary.
- Add onions and garlic saute until clear.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Simmer 20-30 minutes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
