Farmers Market-Tastings Breading

This Italian derived breading mixture has been used several times at Sunday's Farmers Market in Madison, Wisconsin, USA. Fresh ingredients have been used in the tasting but dry ingredients may be substituted into this breading.

Ingredients

• 1  lb  seasoned fish coating
• 2  cups  seasoned dry bread crumbs
• 1⁄8 cup flour
• 3  ounces pecorino romano cheese
• 1  ounce minced garlic clove
• 1 1⁄2 ounces parsley
• 1  ounce basil
• 1⁄8 ounce salt

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Store in sealed container.
3. Camp/Quick=2C Panko crumbs, 1/4 C Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp dry Basil, 1 tsp dry garlic, salt & pepper.
