Far East Marinade

Try this marinade for duck, chicken or turkey. Very good. Let it cool before you use it

• Ready In: 18 mins
• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1 (10 ounce) jar hoisin sauce
• 2  tablespoons sherry wine vinegar or 2  tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 2  tablespoons water
• 1⁄4 cup sherry wine
• 4  tablespoons  peanut oil
• 3  cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer and simmer 2-3 minutes.
