Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) jar hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar or 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1⁄4 cup sherry wine
- 4 tablespoons peanut oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer and simmer 2-3 minutes.
