Famous Eggs and Bacon!

This recipe came from an accident. I was cooking eggs and the bacon somehow got into the pan.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 12 cup  cooked bacon, crumbled, divided
  • 18 cup milk
  • 2  medium eggs or 2  medium eggs
  • 1  cup cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Put 1/4 cup of bacon in the bottom of the pan.
  2. Mix milk and eggs.
  3. Put egg mixture in pan; let sit for about 15 seconds.
  4. Put cheese and the rest of bacon in the pan.
  5. Scramble or make it omelet style.
