  1. In a dutch oven, brown ground beef over med-high heat, breaking up with spoon. drain off any fat. Add onion and garlic, cook stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes, crushing with fork, grape juice, red pepper puree, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and basil. Cook for 1 minute, stirring and scraping up brown bits from bottom of pan.
  3. Reduce heat to low, simmer uncovered and stirring occasionally for 45 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Serve over pasta.

  6. Let cool for 30 minutes; refrigerate until cold. Transfer to airtight containers and refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
