Fajita Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 sweet red pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 lb medium ground beef
TOPPERS
- salsa
- 1 avocado, sliced
Directions
- In bowl, beat egg with fork; mix in bread crumbs, salt, pepper, red pepper, garlic, lemon juice and chili powder.
- Mix in ground beef.
- Shape into four 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick patties.
- Place on greased grill over medium-high heat; close lid and cook, turning once, for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
- Add salsa and avocado.
- Place each in bun.
