Fairy Dust Seasoning

This is a great seasoning for many different dishes! I use this on homefries as well as roasted potatoes, zucchini and many other vegetables. It's great for a meat and vegetable kabob as well. Those little fairies like to sprinkle it on many of the dishes that come out of my kitchen....

• Yields: 1/3 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup sea salt, coarse ground (optional for low sodium diets)
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemon pepper
• 2  teaspoons dried thyme
• 2  teaspoons onion powder
• 1  teaspoon chili powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1  teaspoon dried oregano
• 1  teaspoon dried basil
• 1  teaspoon dried rosemary
• 1⁄2 teaspoon curry powder
• 1  tablespoon  cajun seasoning (use low sodium if desired)

Directions

1. Blend in food processor until all spices are well ground. Store in spice container and "sprinkle" generously!
