Ingredients
- 1 cup cornflour (a cup)
- 4 eggs, seperated
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon cream of tartar
- vanilla essence
Directions
- beat egg white and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
- add yolks and vanilla and beat until thick.
- fold in sifted dry ingredients.
- bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
