Fabulous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter (soft, I use Land O Lakes)
- 1 cup brown sugar, unpacked
- 3⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 3⁄4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Cream the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until well mixed.
- In another bowl add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix together with a fork.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture unitl dough forms.
- Add the chocolate chips to the dough and mix in by hand.
- Roll into one inch balls and put on parchment (or wax paper) lined baking sheets.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
- This dough will keep for about a week in the refridgerator.
