Evonne's Strawberry Bread

Evonne is from NH. The first time I tried this bread was about 3 yrs ago. I don't know where she got the recipe.

• Yields: 20 2 loafs

Ingredients

• 3  cups flour
• 4  large eggs, beaten
• 2  cups sugar
• 1 1⁄2 cups canola oil
• 3⁄4 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
• 1  teaspoon cinnamon
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon baking soda
• 1  cup  chopped  nuts
•  cream cheese

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans, 9 x 5-inches.
2. Bake 325°F for 45- 50 minutes.
3. Spread slices with cream cheese.
