Yields: 20 2 loafs
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups canola oil
- 3⁄4 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- cream cheese
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans, 9 x 5-inches.
- Bake 325°F for 45- 50 minutes.
- Spread slices with cream cheese.
