Ingredients
DRY
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup cornflour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
WET
- 1 egg
- 2 1⁄2 cups milk
Directions
- Mix flour, cornflour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder together.
- Mix egg and milk together.
- Mix dry and wet mixtures together.
- Dip whatever you want battered. ( Chicken, Mushrooms, Zucchini, Fish, and Hot Dogs).
- Fry in 350 degree Fahrenheit oil until golden brown.
