Everyone Loves It Meatloaf

I modified a recipe from Emeril's book "There's a Chef in my Kitchen" on a night when I had little time and less ingredients. The family loved it, so I thought I would share.

• Yields: 1 meatloaf

Ingredients

• Meatloaf

• 2  lbs  very lean hamburger
• 1  tablespoon onion powder
• 1  teaspoon garlic powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  celery salt
• 1  tablespoon  Old Bay Seasoning
• 1⁄4 cup catsup
• 1⁄3 cup  ranch dressing
• 2  eggs, slightly beaten
• 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 3⁄4 cup  breadcrumbs

• Glaze

• 1  teaspoon  hot sauce
• 1  teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄2 cup catsup
• 2  tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients for the meatloaf together, and press into an 8x8 baking pan.
2. Mix together the glaze ingredients, and spread over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
