Ingredients
- 6 lbs chicken
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 cups onions
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
Directions
- Heat Butter and Oil.
- Add Onions and garlic saute for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato paste.
- Add chicken and enough water to cover.
- simmer 30 minutes.
- add hard boiled eggs.
- simmer 20 minutes.
