Espresso Hot Chocolate

Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1  tablespoon sugar
  • 1  tablespoon  unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1  pinch salt
  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup  brewed espresso
  • 18 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, and salt.
  2. Heat milk on high (in microwave) for 45 seconds.
  3. Add dry ingredients; stirring until fully incorporated.
  4. Add espresso and stir.
  5. Add vanilla and more sugar/cocoa to taste.
  6. Enjoy!
