Especial Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 egg
- 4 -4 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 (1/4ounce) package yeast
- sugar and cinnamon
CREAM
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions
- Scald milk; stir in sugar and margarine and cool it down.
- Put water in a warm bowl and sprinkle with yeast, stirring well. Add to milk. Add egg and half of the flour, beating until smooth. Add remaing flour to make a stiff batter.
- Cover well with foil or paper. Refrigerate 2 hours. Put in a 9 x 13" pan and let rise (double). Poke holes and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Cover with hot Cream and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes, or until done.
- CREAM: cook all ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
