Eskimo Joe's World Famous Chili

This is from a restaurant in Stillwater, Oklahoma called Eskimo Joe's. I love trying chili recipes so I'm putting it here so I can find it. I plan on making a few changes like the amount of meat and I know I'll add more beans and probably adjust the seasonings a bit (we like it hot).

• Yields: 1 crockpot

Ingredients

• 3  lbs ground beef
• 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies
• 1 (10 ounce) can  rotel with green chilies
• 1 (28 ounce) can  spicy chili beans
• 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
• 3⁄4 cup  chopped green bell pepper
• 3⁄4 cup  chopped onion
• 4  tablespoons chili powder
• 1  tablespoon seasoning salt
• 1  tablespoon cumin
• 2  teaspoons oregano
• 1  tablespoon black pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1 1⁄4 cups water

Directions

1. Brown meat in a skillet. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender. After browning the meat, you could also put this in a crockpot and cook on low for about 8 hours.
