Erin's Cold Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb bow tie pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 1 (3 7/8ounce) can olives, drained and sliced
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, diced
- 1⁄2 cup julienne cut sun-dried tomato, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 14 ounces bernstein's Italian dressing (cheese and garlic)
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water.
- Add olives, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese.
- Pour dressing over mixture, toss well and refrigerate.
- You may use more dressing after chilling for a bit, if needed.
- (cooking time is chilling time, and is better if chilled over night).
