  1. 1. Place asparagus on a plate and brush with olive oil.
  2. 2. Using tongs, plave the asparagus on a hot grill, and roast, turning often until lightly browned (You can also roat it on a baking sheet in an over preheated to 400 deg. F, toss frequently.).
  3. 3. Plate and sprinkle with coarse sea salt and a few cranks from a pepper mill.
