Ingredients
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1⁄4 cup pecans
- 1⁄4 cup almonds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 3 egg whites
- 1⁄2 cup Smart Balance Omega Plus
- 1⁄4 cup flaked coconut
- 1⁄4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup water
Directions
- Mix all ingredients. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 18 minutes.
