English Beef Burgers

Yields: 4 burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons onions
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 slices cheese
- 4 English muffins
SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
Directions
- Combine ground beef, onion, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into four patties.
- Broil or grill. Place cheese on burgers for the last minute or so.
- Toast the muffins either with the burgers or in a toaster.
- Make sauce while burgers are cooking and apply to toasted muffins.
- Enjoy your unique burger!
