  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  condensed tomato soup
  • 11  ounces water
  • 1  bay leaf
  • 14 teaspoon  celery salt

  1. In saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Heat; simmer a few minutes to blend flavors.
  3. Remove bay leaf.
