Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄4 cup red chili powder
- 2 cups beef broth
- salt
- 2 (10 1/2ounce) cans tomato puree
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Heat oil in large saucepan.
- Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
