Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
- 1⁄8 cup cilantro
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
- 1 teaspoon oil
Directions
- Saute onions garlic and cilantro. Add Ground Beef. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add hard boiled egg.
