Emeril's Maitre D'hotel Butter

Yields: 1/2 pound

Directions

  1. Cream the softened butter in a bowl with a spoon.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well (I used a mixer).
  3. Place mixture on a large sheet of plastic wrap and form into a long cylinder, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  4. Roll up in plastic wrap to form a tight log.
  5. Refrigerate or Freeze until needed.
  6. (It freezes perfectly).
