Emeril's Creole Seasoning

I don't know if this is the real "Essence of Emeril", but it is a great spice mixture that can be used for all kinds of things. I actually found it sitting on the photocopy machine at work.

• Yields: 2/3 cup

Ingredients

• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons paprika
• 2  tablespoons salt
• 2  tablespoons garlic powder
• 1  tablespoon black pepper
• 1  tablespoon onion powder
• 1  tablespoon cayenne pepper
• 1  tablespoon oregano

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
