Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 1 cup half-and-half cream
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Transfer to a greased 1 and 1/2 quarts baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to end 35 minutes or until heated through.
