Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup light cream
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Put into a greased 1-1/2 qt casserole dish.
- Cover and bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
