Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup sesame seeds (untoasted)
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Mix flour, soda, and salt and add to wet ingredients.
- Make 3/4" balls (I use a teaspoon scoop) and roll in sesame seeds.
- Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
