Elephant Garlic Scallion Dip

The sauce can be used as a dipping sauce for veggies, a spread for crackers and as a topping for baked potatoes or grilled meats.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1⁄2 cup  grated parmesan cheese
• 1⁄4 cup  chopped scallion
• 1  tablespoon  chopped fresh basil
• 1  minced  elephant garlic clove

• Garnish

• 3  basil leaves

Directions

1. Mix the ingredients together in a medium bowl.
2. Chill and serve.
