Eleanor's Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups cut up cooked chicken
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons grated onions
- 1 cup chopped ripe olives
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup sliced water chestnuts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes or 1 cup potato chips
- 1⁄2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
- Mix the chicken through the mayonnaise and put into a shallow baking pan (or pans).
- Top with the corn flakes and cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 450°F for 10-15 minutes.
