Egyptian Tabilch

Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini
- 2 cups canned green beans
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- curry, to taste
- sage, to taste
- tarragon, to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1⁄3 onion
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups brown rice
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
Directions
- Cook rice in water with bouillon cubes, uncovered until water boils out.
- Separately cook zucchini, green beans and onion in tomato sauce for 10 minutes.
- Add spices and cook 10 more minutes.
- Pour over rice.
