Ingredients

  • 2  eggs
  • 2  tablespoons  oil
  • 2  slices  white bread
  • 14 cup milk

Directions

  1. Add the oil to a frying pan on a medium - high heat.
  2. Beat the eggs, adding the milk until they are mixed together.
  3. Take your slices of bread and dip them in the eggy mixture, ensuring they're as coated as possible. Add them to the frying pan, and cook until golden-brown.
