Eggs and Sausage

This comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't made any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them here so I can find them easier. Show more

Serves: 4

Yields: 8 sausages

Ingredients

  • 8  small sausages
  • 4  eggs, slightly beaten
  • 12 cup  cream
  •  salt and pepper
  •  green pepper, chopped (as much as desired)
  •  butter (for frying)

Directions

  1. Fry sausages and set aside. Drain fat. To slightly beeaten eggs, add cream, salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in pan, add eggs, and scramble lighlt. Fold in sausage and chopped green pepper.
