Eggs and Sausage

Yields: 8 sausages
Ingredients
- 8 small sausages
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1⁄2 cup cream
- salt and pepper
- green pepper, chopped (as much as desired)
- butter (for frying)
Directions
- Fry sausages and set aside. Drain fat. To slightly beeaten eggs, add cream, salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in pan, add eggs, and scramble lighlt. Fold in sausage and chopped green pepper.
