I recently had this at a holiday party. It will make your taste buds tingle! Great non-alcoholic party drink for you or this kids. Note: Make sure ice cream is completely melted/thawed. Keep all items cold. Cooking time is thaw time for ice cream. I have even put ice cream in the microwave on defrost. Show more

Yields: 1 punch bowl

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 gallon vanilla ice cream
  • 1  pint  eggnog
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle  carbonated lemon-lime beverage

Directions

  1. Thaw vanilla ice cream COMPLETELY in a punch bowl, ensuring there are no lumps.
  2. Add cold soda.
  3. Add cold egg nog.
  4. Stir until well blended.
  5. Serve very cold.
