Eggless Chocolate Cake (Single Serve and Microwaved)

This is a recipe i threw together one day I was craving something sweet. It is fast and pretty good.

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons butter (room temp.)
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
• 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1  dash cinnamon
• 3 1⁄2 tablespoons self rising flour
• 2  tablespoons milk
• 2  tablespoons  cocoa

Directions

1. In microwave safe bowl mix butter and sugar, add all other ingredients and stir until blended. Place bowl in microwave and cook for 1 minute 45 seconds. Becareful taking bowl out of microwave cause it is hot. You can sprinkle powder sugar on top or any toppings. Pretty good cake!
