  1. Fry bacon until crisp.
  2. Saute vegetables in a little butter.
  3. Beat eggs & water.
  4. Cook eggs in 2 T. butter until firm.
  5. Add vegetables and bacon (crumbled).
  6. Put 1/3 cup egg mixture into each tortilla and then role up.
  7. Place each, side by side, into a 9" x 13" baking dish. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  9. Option: Cheese may be added to eggs, sauce or sprinkled over the top.
