  1. Step 1.
  2. Beat the eggs in a medium bowl.
  3. Step 2.
  4. Add ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  5. Step 3.
  6. In a large nonstick kadai, heat butter over medium-high heat. Cook the eggs for 2-3 minutes until soft.
  7. Step 4.
  8. Flip in the eggs evenly into the tortilla chips.
  9. Step 5.
  10. Top with avocado, salsa, cheese and cilantro.
