Egg Strata

I have never tried this with ham, but the sausage is really good

Ingredients

• 4  slices  bread
• 1⁄2 cup swiss cheese, grated
• 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
• 2  eggs
• 1  cup milk
• 1  tablespoon prepared mustard
• 2  slices ham or 1⁄2  browned roll of pork sausage

Directions

1. Place bread in a greased 8" square baking dish. Overlap the slices if necessary. Sprinkle cheeses and pepper over top. Place eggs, milk and mustard in blender. Cover and blend for 10 seconds. Pour mixture over bread and cover with ham or sausage. Can also top with more cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
